SleepTone Pro ("the App") is a mobile soundscape app for sleep, focus, and relaxation, developed by QAI ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
The App is designed to work entirely offline. Your sound presets, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.
We use the following third-party services that may collect limited data:
The free version of the App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. No interstitial or full-screen ads are shown. You can remove all advertisements by subscribing to SleepTone Pro Premium. On iOS, the App requests your permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before allowing ad-related tracking.
SleepTone Pro offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payment is processed by Apple/Google, not by us. We do not have access to your payment information.
The App plays audio files bundled within the App. It does not access your microphone or record any audio.
All your data (presets, favorites, recently played sounds, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any backend servers. If you delete the App, your data is permanently removed.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since your data is stored only on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all data by uninstalling the App.
For GDPR (EU) users: You may request information about data processing by contacting us. The App shows a consent banner on first launch for EU users.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
