By downloading or using SleepTone Pro ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.
SleepTone Pro offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
All sound files included in the App are licensed for commercial use (CC0 or equivalent). The App does not allow downloading, extracting, or redistributing these audio files.
Your presets, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other causes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any sleep disorder. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
